Privacy
There will not be any disclosure of information to another party without the express written consent of the client or the parent/guardian if the client is under 18 years of age.
After a session is held the client will have the option to be become part of the Center for Energy Healing, LLC contact list. This will allow for updates and information on future events and/or promotions. The client is under no obligation to subscribe and can unsubscribe at any time.
Any testimonial, which is completely optional, will only be done with the written permission of the client.
Cancellations
When a session has been scheduled it is understood that a certain timeframe has been set aside specifically for that client. Arriving late will shorten the session and may not allow for the full duration of time although the practitioner will try to be as accommodating as possible.
If either the client or the practitioner are not feeling well, the session will be postponed to another mutually convenient time. The practitioner will notify the client of any need to reschedule. However, if the client does not call to cancel the session will be considered a no show.
Refunds
Refunds will be based on the client’s particular circumstances and reason for the request. There will not be any refund given for no shows as that session time will be lost and therefore unavailable to other clients.
Right of Refusal
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if the client at any time exhibits inappropriate behavior or poses a health risk. The practitioner will always respect the client’s personal safety and privacy while maintaining professional boundaries.

All energy healing techniques offered at Center for Energy Healing, LLC is considered complimentary and/or alternative and is not intended to replace medical care. Specific results are not guaranteed and may vary with each individual client. The practitioner is not a licensed physician and therefore cannot diagnose nor prescribe any medical treatment. It is highly advised that the client seek advice from their own physician with regard to their specific condition(s). Energy work will not interfere with traditional care and can be an effective addition to the client’s current treatment plan.
It’s is important to notify the practitioner of your need to reschedule if you are feeling ill, have recently traveled or may have been exposed to Covid or any other contagious viruses.
