Cancellations
There is a 24 hour courtesy cancellation policy so the session can be made available to another client.
Refunds
Refunds for late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be considered at the discretion of the practitioner. A session credit may be offered for a future date depending on the reason for the cancelled appointment.
No Shows
If the client does not show up or cancel a scheduled appointment, the session will not be refundable nor eligible for a credit.
It’s is important to notify the practitioner of your need to reschedule if you are feeling ill, have recently traveled or may have been exposed to Covid or any other contagious viruses.
